So many women across the globe have been continuously struggling with major body positivity issues that have taken a toll on their mental health. The core goal of the body positivity movement is to redefine the unrealistic standards of beauty and help women find confidence in their own skin.


In recent years, we have seen a drastic change in the cultural conversations surrounding body positivity. The mantra of self-love has widely encouraged women to proudly voice their issues and opinions about their bodies, in an attempt to be more inclusive in terms of colour and size. Along with helping them find solace in exactly the way they look and embrace it to the fullest.
